Mood board analysis
My mood board is showing the stereotypical goth/emo and what a day in their lives more consist of. Emos are usual teenage boys and girls that are unenthusiastic and don’t ever smile, many of them self-harm and they are generally not a very cheery person, they wear a lot of black and red clothes. The music that they like to listen to is bands like My Chemical Romance, Green Day and Good Charlotte. Their hairstyles are usually very big and extraordinary, they like to introduce many colours into their hair and it’s usually straightened. On the other hand Goths are also unhappy people and tend to like the darker things in life. They usual like to listen to death metal and Goth music, for example AC/DC and HIM.
Piercer or tattooists are the jobs that they would stereotypically go and they may have many tattoos and piercings themselves. Skulls and broken hearts are the images that would be closely associated with these groups of people because of the elements of death and sadness that they portray. They may be into hobbies such as skateboarding or playing the guitar. Their typical car would be a HPI 65 GT350 Shelby Mustang, all over black car with different colours of flames trailing up the bonnet and the sides of the car.
Many would attend a concert on a regular basis and would probably with a partner in the same group as them. The packaging of the brand Relentless would be the chosen choice of something they would drink. They would vans or converse(type/brand of shoe.) They would usually wear trench coats and like to wear a lot of pale and black makeup to make them look scary and someone not to be messed with. Emos would introduce some bright colours into their makeup e.g. electric blue, florescent green, yellow or bright pink.
