Question 6

Whilst doing this project I started to use Photoshop for the first time. It's a lot more simple to use than what I had previously though, we had a qquick lesson on the basics of how to use the tools and how to change and add images together to make a really professional looking image. I changed the brightness and the contrast on most of my photographs and photoshop was helpul because it allowed me to do that. I could also crop the parts of the images that I want.

However, when I wanted to change something/correct something,I did not realise that after merging or flattening the layers I could not undo this so that I could make changes or move things around that I needed to so there are somethings wrong with my double page spread.

I enjoyed using blogger.com because I could unload all my work onto it so that my teacher could see and I wouldn't have to print off every single piece of work I did. To start with I had a bit of a problem with my password and logining in but I fixed it and it's been easy to use ever since. I liked the way I could personalise my blog by changing the background and the set up of the pages.

I didn't use flickr as I found it hard to use so alternatively I annotated the images I needed on word and then pasted them to a blank photshop page and saved them as a jpeg. I was then able to upload then to my blog and save them in the correct folder(appendix).

It was easy working on my blog from home and on the college network. I had not problems logining in and getting on with the work I needed to do. Sometimes saving the images into jpegs was a long process but it was worth it.
